What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website (appforkeeps.net and its subdomains) and to the apps published by App For Keeps, unless a specific app states otherwise. By using the site or an app, you accept these terms.

Using the site

This site is informational. There are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to submit. You may read, link to, and share these pages freely. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site or use it to distribute anything harmful.

Our apps and where you buy them

Our iPhone apps are sold and delivered by the Apple App Store. Purchases, prices, receipts, refunds and subscription management are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms — we cannot process a refund on Apple's behalf. Prices shown on this site are for the US storefront and may differ in yours. Our web apps are free to use.

Your data

Our apps keep your data on your device and we do not operate servers that receive it. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Ownership

The App For Keeps name, logos, app icons, app names and the content of this site belong to App For Keeps. Your app purchase is a licence to use the app, not a transfer of ownership of it.

Educational content is not professional advice

Some of our apps and pages are educational — including trading and market material in TradeTayo, and colour-vision screening in Color Vision. These are for learning and general interest only. They are not financial advice and not a medical diagnosis. Talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions or acting on a health concern.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site and the apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make them correct and useful, but we can't promise they are error-free or continuously available. To the fullest extent the law allows, App For Keeps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the apps. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes and discontinuation

We may update these terms, and we may change or retire an app or a page. Updated terms are posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes take effect when posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute arising from them will be heard by the courts of the Philippines. If you use our apps from another country, this does not remove consumer rights that your local law gives you and does not allow you to waive.
